"Send application" button does not work.
"Start over" button clears the boxes of text.

- Click inside box beside First Name.
The blinking line in the box means your typing will go there.
- Type your first name.
For capital letters: hold down the Shift key on the keyboard and press desired letter.
- Press the Tab key on the left side of keyboard.
The blinking line is now in the Last Name box.
- Type your last name.
- Press the Tab key on the left side of keyboard.
- Type your street address.
- At the end of the first line of your address, press the Enter key on the right side of the keyboard to go to next line to type your city, state, and ZIP code.
